On the terrace of the house, where the pavement was initially given a wrong angle for the flow of rainwater, some water infiltration created moist spots in the apartment below.

We proceeded with a restoring actions made of creating a new slope for drainage of rain, lifting up a large part of the floor and covering it with wooden pieces. Furthermore, we electric blinds were placed all along the whole perimeter. In the remaining exposed surface of the terrace, we placed various typical trees of Puglia (laurel, olive and pomegranate).
